  • Closed sales
  • Specific revenue amounts
  • Specific close rates
  • Business growth results

Project conversion and sales outcomes depend on factors outside of WiseBooked's control, including contractor performance, pricing, communication, availability, reputation, and follow-up.

4. Contractor Responsibilities

Contractors remain fully responsible for:

  • Attending scheduled appointments
  • Communicating professionally with homeowners
  • Providing estimates
  • Following up with leads
  • Managing projects and customer relationships
  • Complying with all applicable laws and licensing requirements

5. Payments

Payment terms, pricing structure, and appointment fees are determined separately between WiseBooked and each contractor client.

Failure to pay agreed invoices may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Website Use
