By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

WiseBooked provides performance-based appointment setting for remodeling contractors. Contractor pays only after a Qualified Appointment is booked into the contractor’s approved calendar.

Qualified Appointment Definition

A Qualified Appointment is defined as a homeowner who: (i) has a real remodeling project, (ii) has a defined budget, (iii) has a clear timeline, (iv) is serious and interested in speaking with a contractor, and (v) is booked into an approved calendar slot.

Billing

Contractor agrees to pay the per-appointment fee defined in their service agreement. Disputes regarding appointment qualification must be raised within 48 hours.

No Guarantee of Results

While we work diligently to deliver qualified appointments, no specific revenue or close rate is guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WiseBooked is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
